Touch & Sound - Signature Ritual

Deeply restorative treatment combining therapeutic touch with sound and vibration.

The session begins with a full-body massage, personally adapted to how your body feels that day. Depending on what you need, the massage can move between slow, flowing relaxation and deeper, more focused work on areas holding tension.

As the body gradually softens and the nervous system settles, the treatment transitions into sound.

You remain comfortably on the massage table while singing bowls, voice, tuning forks and other sound instruments are introduced around - and, where appropriate, in connection with the body.

Rather than suddenly getting up when the massage ends, you are given time to stay in that deeply relaxed state and allow the experience to continue through sound, vibration and silence.

The intention is not simply to combine two treatments, but to let touch prepare the body for sound.

A short moment at the beginning allows us to discuss how you are feeling and what you need that day. Every session is therefore slightly different.
