Minimum booking duration is 2 hours. Treatment time may be shared between multiple people.

A little extra for longer visits:

• 3 hours: complimentary relaxing finishing ritual
• 4 hours: complimentary finishing ritual + professional skincare discovery
• 5 hours or more: complimentary finishing ritual + skincare discovery + luxury wellness gift

Travelling distance is calculated from Melsele (Beveren), Belgium.

• Up to 25 km: included in treatment fee
• 26–50 km: €25
• 51–75 km: €45
• 76+ km: €70 (minimum booking 3 hours)
• Paid parking (if applicable) is charged separately.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance is payable in cash on the day, before the treatment begins.

I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the following conditions apply:

• More than 48 hours before your appointment: no charge
• 24–48 hours before your appointment: 50% of the treatment price is due
• Less than 24 hours before your appointment or in case of a no-show: the full treatment price is due

Where applicable, your deposit will be applied towards the cancellation fee or refunded according to the conditions above.
