Hello! I'm Dina
With almost twenty years of experience across therapeutic and luxury wellness, my work has been shaped by many traditions, cultures and ways of understanding the body. What began as a fascination with wellbeing has become a lifelong practice of touch, care and curiosity.
About Me
I was born in Russia, raised in Latvia, and somehow found my way into bodywork through France.
From a young age, I was fascinated by traditional approaches to health and healing, particularly Ayurveda and Vedic philosophy. I think I always knew that I wanted to work with people and their wellbeing. I just didn’t yet know what that would look like.
My first path took me somewhere quite different.
I moved to France to study Art History and Archaeology, but over time I realised that the academic world felt too far removed from the real, living human being for me. I was looking for something more tangible, more immediate — although at the time I didn’t yet understand that what I was looking for was touch.
Then, almost by accident, I discovered a school offering an extensive education in massage, beauty and wellness.
I enrolled.
And that was the beginning.
What started as a change of direction became almost twenty years of working with the body.
My career has taken me through France, Mauritius and, for the past fifteen years, Belgium, working across both the luxury and therapeutic worlds of wellness. Along the way, I became a certified Ayurvedic practitioner, trained and practised in India as well as Europe, expanded my work into cosmetology and facial treatments, and became an award-winning massage therapist.
But perhaps more important than any individual qualification has been the freedom to keep learning.
I have always been curious about the many different ways we can work with the body. Over the years, I have studied and explored traditions and techniques from Ayurveda, deep tissue and lymphatic work to Lomi Lomi, Chavutti Thirumal, facial treatments, sound and beyond.
I never wanted to belong entirely to one discipline or one way of working.
Instead, nearly two decades of practice have taught me to take what is valuable from each tradition while continuing to listen, adapt and stay curious.
Today, my work sits somewhere between therapeutic bodywork and deeply restorative care. It is informed by everything I have learned, but it is never dictated by a single method.
Because ultimately, I don’t work with techniques. I work with the person in front of me.
