Meder Facial for Expression Lines & Tension

Meder Myo-Fix — For when your face feels tense and expression lines look more pronounced.

We begin by looking at your face together and talking about where expression and tension show most. From there I build the session around Meder's Myo-Fix protocol, combined with tension-releasing facial massage and, where it makes sense, Clione Fit technology. How much of each depends on your face on that day, not on a fixed sequence.

Meder Myo-Fix

Meder is a Swiss professional skincare brand. Its BioFacials are non-invasive and microbiome-friendly: they work with the skin's natural barrier rather than disrupting it.

Myo-Fix is Meder's peptide-based BioFacial for expression lines, the lines that come from repeated facial movement across the forehead, between the brows and around the eyes. Its formulas combine the neuromodulating peptides Argireline®, Leuphasyl® and Munapsys™, which help moderate the signals behind repeated facial contraction, with further peptides that support collagen and elasticity. The face is not immobilised: expression stays, the lines soften. The Myo-Fix peptide mask completes the protocol with calming, hydrating care.

Facial massage

Hands-on work focuses on where tension tends to gather: the forehead, brow, temples, around the eyes, jaw and scalp. It helps the muscles release and brings a softer, lighter feeling to the face.

Clione Fit technology

Clione Fit is a Japanese facial technology that combines several modalities. Depending on your skin and what we are working on, I may use:

• Electroporation – short pulses that temporarily help water-based actives, such as the Myo-Fix peptides, penetrate the outer layers of the skin
• Radiofrequency – mild warming of the tissue, supporting collagen and elastin activity and skin firmness
• MFIP (Mid-Frequency Interval Pulse) – a patented rhythmic, tapping-like stimulation that complements the other modalities
• EMS – gentle muscle stimulation, used selectively and only in areas where added tone is wanted
• Red LED light – supports circulation and collagen activity

Not every technique is used in every session. The combination is chosen according to your skin, your priorities and how your skin responds during the treatment.
