Salva-Derm is the Meder cream for sensitive, reactive, redness-prone skin or a barrier that simply isn’t resilient enough. When skin stings from products it previously tolerated, flushes easily, reacts to temperature changes, or seems to have a mind of its own — the solution is usually less stimulation and more support. Think: calm → hydrate → restore → strengthen → protect.

Also Meder’s recommended cream for normal skin without significant oiliness or dryness. Suitable year-round including summer (not photosensitising). Can be layered under SPF and makeup.

Aquaxyl™ (xylitol-derived) — supports the skin’s biological water-management systems; works alongside HA to maintain consistent comfort.

BioEcolia® prebiotic — creates favourable conditions for beneficial skin microorganisms; restoring microbiome balance reduces reactivity and supports barrier function.

Macadamia Oil (rich in palmitoleic acid / omega-7) — skin-compatible emollient; restores lipid softness and comfort without heavy texture; provides enough nourishment for sensitive skin without turning into a dry-skin cream.

Panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) — supports hydration, softness and irritation calming; reliable and non-dramatic — exactly what reactive skin needs.

Carrageenan (red seaweed) — moisturising and skin-conditioning; creates a comfortable hydrating film on the surface.

How to use

Apply as your daily moisturiser, after cleanser, everyday serum and Red-Apax (if part of the programme). Morning and evening.

Classic sensitive routine: Net-Apax → Soin-Apax → Red-Apax (if active redness) → Salva-Derm → SPF

Red-Apax = targeted Active Serum for persistent redness and reactivity (applied before the cream). Salva-Derm = everyday moisturiser for maintaining the environment. They complement each other.

For dehydrated + sensitive skin, layer Derma-Fill first and Salva-Derm over it. Suitable for continuous daily use.
