Meder Arma-Bust Firming & Rejuvenating Cream for the Bust & Décolleté
Meder Arma-Bust Firming & Rejuvenating Cream for the Bust & Décolleté
We spend years taking care of our face - while the skin immediately underneath it is often completely forgotten.
Arma-Bust is the MEDER cream I reach for when we want to take proper care of the breast and décolleté skin — particularly when it is becoming less firm, less elastic, more creased or more vulnerable to stretch marks.
This area goes through a lot.
Pregnancy. Breastfeeding. Weight gain. Weight loss. Hormonal changes. Ageing. Sun exposure. Sleeping on your side. And simply gravity doing what gravity does.
Yet for many people, skincare stops somewhere around the jawline.
Arma-Bust is designed specifically for the skin of the breasts and décolleté, combining firming ingredients, collagen-supportive technology, antioxidants, barrier support and film-forming hydration in a surprisingly lightweight cream.
I think of it as:
hydrate → strengthen → support → smooth → maintain elasticity.
WHY I LIKE ARMA-BUST
I like Arma-Bust because the breast and décolleté deserve skincare for exactly the same reason the face does:
they are covered in skin.
And that skin ages.
It loses collagen. It becomes drier. Elasticity changes. Pigmentation can develop. Fine lines appear. Repeated folding can create wrinkles. Pregnancy and weight changes can stretch it significantly.
The décolleté is also one of the areas that receives a lot of UV exposure while receiving considerably less skincare attention than the face.
So I don't see Arma-Bust as some strange luxury product for "perfect breasts."
I see it as targeted body skincare for an area that has specific needs.
And that distinction matters.
We're caring for the skin.
We're not pretending a cosmetic cream can redesign breast anatomy.
WHO IS ARMA-BUST FOR?
I particularly like Arma-Bust for:
Loss of firmness
When the skin of the breasts or décolleté doesn't feel as taut or resilient as it used to.
Fine lines and wrinkles on the décolleté
Especially those vertical lines that become increasingly visible across the chest.
Pregnancy
When the breast skin is stretching rapidly and we want to maintain hydration, flexibility and comfort.
After pregnancy
When breast volume has changed and the skin needs additional support.
Breastfeeding periods
When significant changes in breast volume can place repeated mechanical stress on the skin.
Weight loss
Particularly after substantial weight reduction, when the skin may feel looser or less firm.
Weight fluctuations
When repeated expansion and contraction are challenging skin elasticity.
Stretch-mark prevention
When the skin is entering a period where significant stretching is expected.
Mature skin
When collagen, elasticity and skin density are naturally changing with age.
Sun-damaged décolleté
When years of UV exposure have contributed to lines, uneven tone or loss of resilience.
Side sleepers
When repeated overnight compression is creating visible vertical chest creases.
And you absolutely do not need to have a "problem" with your breasts before using it.
Prevention makes a lot of sense here.
FIRST — WHAT CAN A BREAST CREAM ACTUALLY DO?
This is probably the most important section on this page.
Arma-Bust can improve the skin covering the breasts and décolleté.
It can support:
hydration
elasticity
firmness of the skin
skin smoothness
collagen-related processes
barrier function
and the appearance of fine lines and stretch marks.
What it cannot do is physically remodel breast anatomy.
Breasts are made up of skin, connective tissue, fat and glandular tissue.
A cosmetic cream applied to the surface cannot significantly increase breast volume, reposition breast tissue or create the same result as a surgical breast lift.
So when we use words like:
firming
or
lifting
on this page, I want you to understand them as referring primarily to the quality and appearance of the skin.
Healthier, better-hydrated, more elastic skin can absolutely make the whole area look firmer and smoother.
But we're not changing your cup size.
WILL ARMA-BUST MAKE MY BREASTS BIGGER?
No.
And I don't want there to be any ambiguity about this.
Arma-Bust is not a breast-enlargement cream.
It improves the condition of the skin and supports firmness and elasticity.
If dehydrated, loose-looking skin becomes smoother and more resilient, the breasts may look better supported and the surface may appear firmer.
But that's very different from actually increasing breast volume.
If a cream genuinely changed breast size dramatically, we'd be discussing medicine rather than moisturiser.
WILL IT LIFT SAGGING BREASTS?
Again, we need to distinguish skin firmness from breast position.
If the skin is dry, creased and losing elasticity, improving its hydration and structural support can make the breast area look smoother and firmer.
But significant breast ptosis — the medical term for breast drooping — involves much more than the surface skin.
It can involve:
breast volume.
connective tissue.
ligament changes.
skin stretching.
pregnancy.
weight changes.
genetics.
and gravity.
Arma-Bust can support the skin.
It cannot physically reposition significantly descended breast tissue.
And I think being clear about that actually makes the benefits the product can provide much easier to appreciate.
WHY DOES BREAST SKIN LOSE FIRMNESS?
For many of the same reasons facial skin does.
Collagen changes with age.
Elastic fibres change.
Hormonal shifts influence skin quality.
UV exposure damages structural proteins.
Skin becomes less efficient at holding moisture.
And then the breast area experiences something the forehead generally doesn't:
significant changes in volume underneath the skin.
During pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight gain or weight loss, breast volume can change substantially.
The skin needs to stretch and then adapt again.
The greater and faster those changes are, the more challenging it can be for the skin to return to exactly where it started.
That's why supporting elasticity and hydration before, during and after periods of change makes sense.
WHAT ARE STRETCH MARKS?
Stretch marks — or striae — develop when skin undergoes rapid stretching and structural changes occur within the dermis.
They are particularly common during:
pregnancy
puberty
rapid weight gain
rapid weight loss or body-composition changes
and other periods of significant growth or volume change.
Newer stretch marks may initially look red, pink, purple or darker depending on skin tone.
Over time, they usually become lighter and more silvery or pale.
They're incredibly common.
And having them does not mean your skin has failed.
CAN ARMA-BUST PREVENT STRETCH MARKS?
MEDER specifically positions Arma-Bust for the prevention and reduction in appearance of stretch marks, particularly during pregnancy and weight fluctuations.
But I want to keep expectations realistic.
Stretch-mark formation is influenced by many factors, including:
genetics.
hormones.
how rapidly the skin stretches.
how much it stretches.
and individual connective-tissue characteristics.
No cosmetic cream can guarantee that you will never develop a stretch mark.
What we can do is maintain the skin in the best possible condition while it is stretching:
hydrated, flexible, comfortable and well supported.
That's why I particularly like using Arma-Bust before and throughout periods of expected change, rather than waiting until the stretching has already happened.
CAN IT REMOVE OLD STRETCH MARKS?
It can help improve the appearance and quality of the skin, but established stretch marks are structural changes within the dermis.
A cream cannot simply erase them.
Older stretch marks may become smoother and less noticeable as the surrounding skin becomes better hydrated and more even-looking, but significant established striae may require professional treatment if reducing them further is a priority.
So again:
prevention and early support are easier than correction.
WHY DOES THE DÉCOLLETÉ WRINKLE?
Your décolleté is exposed to many of the same ageing influences as your face:
UV
pollution
loss of collagen
dehydration
normal biological ageing
and repeated movement.
But there is another factor we don't talk about nearly enough:
sleeping position.
If you sleep on your side, the breasts can compress towards one another for hours.
That repeatedly folds the skin across the chest.
When you're younger, those creases may disappear shortly after waking.
As skin becomes less elastic, they can take longer to disappear.
Eventually, some may remain visible throughout the day.
These are commonly called sleep wrinkles.
ARE SLEEP WRINKLES ACTUALLY REAL?
Yes.
They're mechanical creases caused by repeated compression of the skin during sleep.
They differ from expression wrinkles because you're not creating them by contracting facial muscles.
You're physically folding the skin.
Think of repeatedly folding the same piece of fabric in the same place.
Over time, the crease becomes easier to see.
This is why MEDER recommends Arma-Bust particularly before bed.
We're supporting hydration, elasticity and the skin's structural environment during the period when the décolleté may be repeatedly compressed.
DOES THAT MEAN I HAVE TO SLEEP ON MY BACK?
No.
If you're comfortable sleeping on your back, it can reduce some of the mechanical folding of the décolleté.
But I'm not going to tell you that beautiful skin requires ruining your sleep.
Sleep quality matters too.
Use your skincare.
Protect the area from UV.
Support hydration and elasticity.
And sleep in the position that allows you to actually sleep.
Skincare should fit into your life.
Not make bedtime into another performance.
WHAT DOES ARMA-BUST ACTUALLY DO?
Arma-Bust approaches breast and décolleté skin from several directions.
Kigelia Africana Extract provides antioxidant and firming support and is used specifically to help maintain elasticity.
2% Niacinamide supports the skin barrier, ceramide production, brightness and overall resilience.
PRO-COLL-ONE+® / soy-derived technology supports processes associated with collagen and skin firmness.
Pullulan forms a lightweight moisturising film on the skin, giving an immediate smoothing and tightening sensation.
Algae Extract contributes hydration and skin-conditioning support.
So we're working on:
hydration + elasticity + structure + barrier + immediate surface smoothness.
WHAT'S INSIDE IT?
This is actually a relatively focused formula.
And I like that.
The product doesn't need twenty fashionable actives simply because the décolleté is a large area.
Each of the main ingredients has a clear job.
KIGELIA AFRICANA EXTRACT
Kigelia africana — sometimes called the sausage tree because of the shape of its fruit — is native to parts of Africa and has a long history of traditional use.
The fruit contains naturally occurring plant compounds and antioxidants.
MEDER uses Kigelia extract in Arma-Bust specifically for its firming, antioxidant and elasticity-supporting properties.
You'll sometimes see Kigelia marketed with extremely dramatic claims about breast enlargement.
That's not how I want us to describe it.
We're interested in its effect on skin quality and resilience.
Not the idea that a botanical extract can somehow manufacture new breast tissue.
Think:
firmer-feeling skin + antioxidant support + better elasticity.
That's the useful part.
WHAT ABOUT PHYTOESTROGENS?
Kigelia contains plant compounds that are sometimes described as phytoestrogenic.
This is another term that can become exaggerated very quickly in beauty marketing.
Phytoestrogens are plant-derived compounds that can interact with certain biological pathways related to oestrogen receptors.
That does not mean applying Kigelia cream is equivalent to taking oestrogen medication.
And it doesn't mean Arma-Bust is hormonally enlarging the breasts.
For our purposes, the relevant benefit is the extract's use within a cosmetic formula designed to support skin firmness, elasticity and antioxidant protection.
We don't need to turn it into something more dramatic than it is.
NIACINAMIDE 2%
Niacinamide — vitamin B3 — is one of those ingredients I seem to talk about constantly.
There's a reason.
It's extremely useful.
At 2%, niacinamide in Arma-Bust helps support:
barrier function
ceramide production
skin resilience
more even-looking tone
and processes associated with healthy collagen maintenance.
Why does that matter on the chest?
Because the décolleté can become:
dry.
sun-damaged.
unevenly pigmented.
and increasingly fragile with age.
Niacinamide allows us to support both the structural and surface quality of the skin at the same time.
WILL NIACINAMIDE HELP SUN DAMAGE ON MY CHEST?
It can help improve overall brightness, barrier function and uneven-looking pigmentation.
But if you have significant established sun damage, skincare needs to be combined with the most important intervention:
stop adding more UV damage.
The décolleté is one of those areas people routinely forget when applying sunscreen.
Face? Covered.
Neck? Maybe.
Chest?
"Oh."
If the neckline of your clothing exposes the area, your sunscreen should follow.
Arma-Bust can support the skin.
SPF helps protect the collagen you're trying to support.
PRO-COLL-ONE+® / SOY-DERIVED TECHNOLOGY
This is the collagen-supportive part of the formula.
MEDER uses a soy-derived active designed to support cellular energy and collagen-related processes, particularly overnight.
The idea is not that soy protein somehow turns directly into human collagen.
That's not how it works.
Instead, bioactive components can influence the environment and signalling associated with the skin's own structural maintenance.
Think:
encourage the skin's own machinery
rather than:
put collagen into the wrinkle.
And like all structural skincare, this is about consistency.
Collagen support isn't a one-night event.
WHY DOES MEDER RECOMMEND ARMA-BUST AT NIGHT?
Arma-Bust is part of MEDER's broader circadian skincare concept, alongside Circa-Night and Circa-Hand.
Our skin follows biological rhythms over approximately 24 hours.
Processes connected with barrier recovery, cellular maintenance and structural renewal vary throughout the day and night.
MEDER designed the soy-derived component of Arma-Bust specifically around this nighttime recovery period.
And there's a practical reason too:
night is when sleep creases are actually being formed.
So applying Arma-Bust before bed makes a lot of sense.
We're supporting the skin during the period when it is both biologically recovering and potentially being mechanically compressed.
PULLULAN
Pullulan is a natural polysaccharide produced through fermentation.
Its job in Arma-Bust is particularly clever because it gives us an immediate cosmetic effect while the other ingredients work over the longer term.
Pullulan forms a very fine film over the skin.
As that film settles, the surface can feel:
smoother
slightly tighter
and better supported.
MEDER describes this as an “invisible bra” effect.
I think that's a useful visual description — as long as we understand what it actually means.
WHAT DOES “INVISIBLE BRA” REALLY MEAN?
It does not mean the cream is physically supporting the weight of your breasts like an actual bra.
Pullulan forms a thin film over the surface of the skin.
That can create an immediate tightening and smoothing sensation.
So think:
invisible skin-supporting film
rather than:
strapless bra in a bottle.
It's a cosmetic surface effect.
A nice one.
But physics still applies.
ALGAE EXTRACT
Algae extracts are rich in naturally occurring polysaccharides and other compounds that can help condition and hydrate the skin.
In Arma-Bust, algae works particularly well alongside Pullulan because we're creating a light surface film while maintaining moisture.
This helps the skin feel:
smooth
soft
comfortable
and more supple.
Again, elasticity depends on more than one ingredient.
Well-hydrated skin is naturally more flexible than dry, compromised skin.
So even the apparently simple moisturising part of the formula matters.
HOW TO USE ARMA-BUST
Use Arma-Bust daily on clean skin of the breasts and décolleté.
MEDER particularly recommends applying it after showering and before bed.
STEP 1 — CLEANSE
After your shower or bath, gently dry the skin.
Don't aggressively rub the décolleté with a towel.
STEP 2 — APPLY ARMA-BUST
Apply the cream over the breasts and décolleté using gentle strokes.
Take it across the upper chest rather than stopping exactly at the breast line.
This is skincare for the entire area.
STEP 3 — ALLOW IT TO ABSORB
The formula is deliberately lightweight and fast-absorbing.
You shouldn't need to wait around in your bathroom for twenty minutes before putting on your nightwear.
And that matters.
The best body cream is the one you're actually willing to use every day.
DO I NEED TO MASSAGE MY BREASTS?
Gentle application is enough.
You don't need vigorous massage for Arma-Bust to work.
If you enjoy gently massaging the cream into the skin, that's absolutely fine.
But don't assume that aggressive kneading somehow pushes the active ingredients deeper or physically lifts the breast.
It doesn't.
Consistency matters more than intensity.
SHOULD I APPLY IT TO MY NECK TOO?
Arma-Bust is primarily designed for the breasts and décolleté.
For dedicated neck care, follow the MEDER product or routine selected specifically for that area.
For Arma-Bust, I would concentrate on the chest and breast skin rather than trying to turn it into your face, neck, breast and full-body moisturiser.
Targeted products make the most sense when we actually use them on the target.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO USE IT?
MEDER recommends daily use after showering, and particularly before bed.
I like the evening application because:
the skin is clean.
you can apply it consistently as part of your nighttime routine.
the circadian-support concept is designed around overnight use.
and this is when sleep creases are being formed.
So your evening could simply become:
shower → Arma-Bust → Circa-Hand → bed.
Easy.
CAN I USE IT IN THE MORNING?
Yes.
There's nothing magical about the cream becoming inactive when the sun comes up.
But if you're choosing one application per day, nighttime makes particular sense because of the product's circadian concept and focus on sleep lines.
If your skin is going through significant stretching — for example during pregnancy — consistent daily application matters more than obsessing over the exact hour.
ARMA-BUST DURING PREGNANCY
This is one of the situations where I particularly like the concept of Arma-Bust.
During pregnancy, breast volume can change significantly and sometimes quite rapidly.
That places mechanical stress on the skin.
Our goal is to keep that skin:
hydrated
flexible
comfortable
and well supported throughout the process.
MEDER specifically states that Arma-Bust is suitable during pregnancy.
And I would rather begin supporting the skin while it is changing than wait until the stretching process is over.
Again, no cream can guarantee zero stretch marks.
But maintaining healthy, flexible skin throughout a period of rapid expansion is a very sensible strategy.
CAN I USE IT WHILE BREASTFEEDING?
MEDER states that Arma-Bust can be used during breastfeeding.
But there is one very important instruction:
remove all traces of cream from the nipple area before nursing.
Your baby should not be ingesting cosmetic cream.
I would keep application practical and make sure there is plenty of time for the product to absorb and for the nipple area to be completely clean before feeding.
Breastfeeding skin can already be sensitive.
We want skincare to make life easier, not complicate feeding.
CAN I APPLY IT DIRECTLY TO THE NIPPLES?
I wouldn't use the nipple as the target area.
Arma-Bust is designed for the skin of the breasts and décolleté.
If you're breastfeeding, MEDER specifically instructs users to remove the cream from the nipple before nursing.
If the nipple itself is sore, cracked or damaged from breastfeeding, that is a different problem requiring an appropriately designed product or professional advice.
Don't assume one cream needs to do every job.
ARMA-BUST AFTER PREGNANCY
Pregnancy and breastfeeding can produce substantial changes in breast volume.
Afterwards, some people notice:
looser-feeling skin
stretch marks
reduced firmness
dryness
or more visible lines.
Arma-Bust can continue to support the skin during this period.
But again, I want to separate:
skin recovery
from
breast-volume recovery.
The cream can improve the surface quality, hydration and resilience of the skin.
It cannot determine how much breast volume you retain after pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Those changes are influenced by anatomy, hormones, genetics and body composition.
ARMA-BUST DURING WEIGHT LOSS
Weight loss can create a similar issue.
As body volume decreases, skin that was previously stretched over a larger area has to adapt.
How well it does that depends on:
age.
genetics.
how long the skin was stretched.
how much weight is lost.
how quickly it is lost.
and the quality of the skin itself.
Arma-Bust can support hydration, elasticity and skin firmness throughout that process.
But if there is significant excess skin after major weight loss, a cream cannot physically remove it.
Again:
improve the skin you have.
Don't promise anatomy-changing results from cosmetics.
WHAT ABOUT WEIGHT GAIN?
This is actually a very sensible time to use Arma-Bust too.
If breast volume is increasing, the skin is being asked to stretch.
That's exactly when maintaining hydration and flexibility becomes important.
Think of Arma-Bust not only as:
repair after change
but also:
support during change.
That preventative mindset makes much more sense.
CAN MEN USE ARMA-BUST?
Of course.
Décolleté skin has no gender.
Men can experience:
sun damage.
weight changes.
loose chest skin.
dryness.
stretch marks.
and age-related loss of elasticity too.
The product is marketed primarily around breasts because that's where the demand is strongest.
But the biological processes affecting chest skin are not exclusive to women.
Choose skincare according to the skin.
WHAT ABOUT AFTER BREAST SURGERY?
This needs individual guidance.
After breast augmentation, reduction, lift or other surgery, the skin and surgical sites need to heal according to your surgeon's instructions.
Do not simply apply Arma-Bust over fresh incisions or healing wounds because it's a breast cream.
Once your surgeon has confirmed that normal skincare and massage can be resumed, Arma-Bust may be useful for supporting the surrounding skin.
But postoperative care comes first.
Your surgeon's instructions outrank your moisturiser.
CAN I USE IT ON SCARS?
Arma-Bust is not a dedicated medical scar treatment.
Once a surgical wound is fully healed and your healthcare professional has approved normal skincare, keeping the surrounding skin moisturised can be useful.
But don't use Arma-Bust as a substitute for specific postoperative scar management when that has been recommended.
A scar and a stretch mark are not the same thing.
CAN I USE IT ON OTHER STRETCH MARKS?
The formula is specifically positioned for the breast and décolleté area, but the mechanisms we're supporting — hydration, elasticity and skin quality — are not biologically exclusive to the breasts.
That said, if you have extensive stretch marks on the abdomen, thighs or hips, it may make more practical sense to use a product designed for larger body areas.
Arma-Bust is a targeted treatment.
At 100 ml, covering your entire body twice a day would become a rather expensive hobby.
DOES IT HELP NECK AND CHEST LINES FROM SUN DAMAGE?
It can improve hydration, firmness and overall skin quality across the décolleté.
Niacinamide also gives us useful support for uneven-looking tone.
But significant photodamage can include:
persistent pigmentation.
broken vessels.
textural change.
and deeper structural damage.
A cosmetic cream can improve the skin.
It cannot reverse every consequence of decades of UV exposure.
Which brings me to the most underrated décolleté product of all:
sunscreen.
PLEASE PUT SPF ON YOUR CHEST
If your décolleté is exposed, protect it.
This is one of those areas where people often invest heavily in correcting ageing while continuing to create new UV damage every day.
Apply sunscreen down beyond the neck to whatever skin your clothing leaves exposed.
And don't forget this area when you're on holiday.
The chest can burn surprisingly easily.
Arma-Bust supports the collagen environment.
SPF helps protect it.
They should be friends.
CAN I USE ARMA-BUST WITH OTHER BODY PRODUCTS?
Yes.
Just don't bury it underneath a very heavy body cream before it has had a chance to reach the skin.
Use Arma-Bust as the targeted treatment over the breasts and décolleté.
Then use your regular body moisturiser elsewhere.
Again, we don't need to make the routine complicated.
The important part is daily consistency.
HOW LONG BEFORE I SEE RESULTS?
Some benefits can be immediate.
Pullulan's film-forming effect and the hydration from the formula can make the skin feel:
smoother
softer
more comfortable
and slightly tighter relatively quickly.
Structural improvements are slower.
Supporting collagen, elasticity and the appearance of established lines requires consistent use.
Think:
SHORT TERM:
hydration, softness, smoother surface, temporary tightening sensation.
LONGER TERM:
improved skin quality, resilience, elasticity and softer-looking lines.
And if you're using Arma-Bust preventatively during pregnancy or weight change, success isn't necessarily something dramatic you see after two weeks.
Sometimes success is helping the skin cope better with the changes happening over several months.
WHAT IF I DON'T SEE MY BREASTS “LIFT”?
Then remember what we're treating.
The skin.
If the skin becomes:
smoother.
better hydrated.
more elastic.
firmer-looking.
and less creased,
the product is doing the job we realistically expect from topical skincare.
If your expectation was that the nipple would physically move several centimetres upward, no cosmetic cream can responsibly promise that.
I would much rather set the correct expectation from the beginning.
MY ARMA-BUST RULES
If you remember nothing else from this page, remember these:
Arma-Bust treats breast and décolleté skin — not breast volume.
It isn't a breast-enlargement product.
Firming skin and lifting breast tissue aren't the same thing.
Better skin quality can make the area look firmer, but cream cannot physically reposition significant breast tissue.
Start before the stretching happens when possible.
Pregnancy and weight change are excellent times to think preventatively.
No cream can guarantee zero stretch marks.
Genetics, hormones and the degree of stretching matter too.
The décolleté needs skincare too.
It experiences UV, dehydration, collagen loss and ageing just like your face.
Sleep lines are mechanical.
Side sleeping repeatedly compresses and folds chest skin.
Nighttime is particularly useful.
Arma-Bust is designed with MEDER's circadian skincare concept in mind and is especially suitable before bed.
Pullulan's “invisible bra” is a skin effect.
It's a light film creating a smoothing and tightening sensation — not structural breast support.
During breastfeeding, keep the nipple clean.
Remove all traces of product before nursing.
After surgery, follow your surgeon.
Don't apply cosmetics to healing surgical wounds unless you've been cleared to do so.
SPF belongs on the décolleté.
Don't spend years supporting collagen while leaving the same area unprotected from UV.
Consistency beats aggressive massage.
Gentle daily application is enough.
THE BOTTOM LINE
Arma-Bust is the cream I want you to think of when the skin of your breasts and décolleté deserves the same level of attention you've been giving your face.
This area changes.
Pregnancy changes it.
Breastfeeding changes it.
Weight changes it.
Age changes it.
UV changes it.
Even the position you sleep in every night can gradually change the way the skin looks.
Arma-Bust gives us a targeted way to support that skin through those changes.
We use Kigelia Africana for firming, antioxidant and elasticity support.
2% Niacinamide for barrier function, resilience and more even-looking skin.
Soy-derived collagen-supportive technology to work with the skin's structural processes.
And Pullulan with algae extract to provide hydration, smoothness and an immediate lightweight film over the skin.
But the most important thing is understanding what we're actually trying to achieve.
Not bigger breasts.
Not surgery in a bottle.
Not a miraculous overnight lift.
We're looking for:
stronger-looking skin.
better hydration.
greater elasticity.
smoother décolleté lines.
support during pregnancy and weight changes.
And skin that remains as resilient as possible through all the different stages your body goes through.
Because taking care of your breasts doesn't have to mean wanting to change them.
Sometimes it simply means taking proper care of the skin they're in.
