Dr. Medion VC Cream - Multivitamin Moisturising Cream for Radiance, Firmness & Barrier Support

Dr. Medion VC+ Cream is the moisturising final step of the VC+ skincare range, combining Vitamin C with multivitamins, ceramide and amino acids to support radiance, elasticity, hydration and a stronger skin barrier.

The formula is built around APPS and additional Vitamin C derivatives, supported by Vitamins E and B6, essential fatty acids, Ceramide NG and 9 amino acids. Unlike the lighter VC+ Lotion and Essence, the Cream provides the richer moisturising layer needed to seal in hydration and keep the skin soft, supple and comfortable.

Despite its nourishing formula, the texture is designed to spread smoothly without feeling excessively heavy, making it suitable for both morning and evening skincare.

WHY I LIKE VC+ CREAM

Because it completes the Vitamin C routine with something equally important: lipid and moisture support.

Vitamin C provides antioxidant care and supports normal collagen production, while ceramide, amino acids and essential fatty acids help maintain the skin barrier and reduce moisture loss. This makes VC+ Cream particularly suitable for skin showing a combination of dullness, dehydration and decreasing firmness, rather than treating brightness as a separate concern.

It works well for normal, dry and mature skin, as well as combination skin that needs more nourishment at night. Very oily skin may prefer a lighter moisturiser depending on season and individual preference.

VITAMIN C + MULTIVITAMIN BARRIER CARE

Like VC+ Lotion and Essence, the Cream uses APPS (Trisodium Ascorbyl Palmitate Phosphate) as a key Vitamin C derivative. Rather than repeating the full APPS story here, the important difference is what the Cream does around it: it combines antioxidant skincare with a more substantial moisturising base.

Vitamin E complements the antioxidant system, while a Vitamin B6 derivative and essential fatty acids support healthy skin condition. Ceramide NG and 9 amino acids help reinforce moisture retention and support the skin's Natural Moisturising Factor (NMF).

This combination makes the Cream especially useful as the final step of the VC+ routine, helping keep the hydration and treatment products applied underneath comfortably within the skin.

VC+ LOTION, ESSENCE & CREAM — WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?

The three products share the same multivitamin philosophy but have different roles. VC+ Lotion is the lightweight hydrating first step, VC+ Essence is the concentrated treatment serum, and VC+ Cream provides the moisturising and barrier-supporting final layer.

They can be used as a complete routine, but there is no requirement to use all three. VC+ Cream can easily be combined with other compatible lotions and serums when you simply want a nourishing Vitamin C moisturiser.

HOW TO USE

Apply morning and evening after lotion and serum. Take an appropriate amount and gently spread over the face and neck, concentrating a little more product on areas prone to dryness.

Within the complete VC+ routine:

Cleanse → VC+ Lotion → VC+ Essence → VC+ Cream → SPF in the morning

The formula carries the subtle natural citrus character of the VC+ range, so very fragrance-sensitive skin should take this into consideration.
